Asus Releases Three Gaming Monitors, Claimed to be the World's Fastest

-Asus brought three new gaming monitors to Indonesia, and two of the three monitors claimed to be the fastest gaming monitor in the world.
Two monitors are called the fastest because they have a refresh rate of 280Hz (overclocked) at full HD resolution, aka 1920 x 1080 pixels. These monitors are TUF Gaming VG259QM and VG279QM.



In addition to monitors from the TUF Gaming line, Asus also released the ROG Strix XG279Q, a monitor with an WQHD resolution or 2560 x 1440 pixels with a 170Hz refresh rate.

These three latest gaming monitors are also equipped with ASUS FastIPS technology for 1 ms response time, 1000: 1 contrast ratio, and ASUS Extreme Low Motion Blur (ELMB) Sync which can be paired with NVIDIA G-SYNC to effectively eliminate ghosting and tearing for display Sharp game visuals with high frame rates.

All the latest ASUS FastIPS technology uses high-speed liquid-crystal elements that can switch up to 4x faster than conventional IPS panels. This allows VG279QM, VG259QM and XG279Q to produce an actual 1 ms gray-to-gray (GTG) response time.

Besides being fast, the VG279QM and VG259QM also have a color gamut that covers up to 99% of the sRGB color space, while the ROG Strix XG279Q has a 95% DCI-P3 color gamut. All three have a contrast ratio of 1000: 1 and the angle of view reaches 178 degrees. There is also ASUS ELMB Sync technology and HDR 400 certification which makes it able to display game graphics with high dynamic range.
